We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for respondent No. 1. Mr Jadhavar, the learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the account of the Grampanchayat (respondent No. 4) is put on hold under the orders of respondent No. 3. The communication is made that the matter is now with the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed.

The Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed shall take decision with regard to the grievance of the petitioner for de-freezing the account of respondent No. 4 with State Bank of India, Branch Wadwani, Dist. Beed. The said decision shall be taken within a period of four weeks.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
