Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

As a limited grievance is raised in the petition on the backdrop of the judgment and decree of learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Bhoom, passed in Regular Civil Suit No.149 of 1998 as well as the communications exchanged between authorities and one of such communications dated 24th January, 2018, issued by the Collector, Osmanabad to the Tahsildar, Washi, whereby the District Collector, Osmanabad directed the Tahsildar to take appropriate steps and report back to him on compliance of these steps and in spite of these communications, no further steps are initiated. 3.

This being a limited grievance of the petitioner, without assessing the merits of the contentions raised in the petition, we deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.3 - Tahsildar, Bhoom, to take steps so as to lead the directions of the Collector in view of communication dated 24th January, 2018 to a logical end, as expeditiously as possible and not later than six weeks from receipt of the order of this Court.
