1] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is alternate remedy available to him before the revisional authority to challenge the impugned order. He seeks leave to withdraw the present Writ Petition to pursue alternate remedy as available in law.

2] The present Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

3] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the time spent in prosecuting the present Writ Petition be excluded under Section 14 of the Limitation Act for

1801.23WP computing the period of limitation in filing the appropriate proceedings before the revisional authority.

4] The petitioner is entitled to file an application for condonation of delay for excluding the time spent in prosecuting the present Writ Petition, before the revisional authority.
