ORDER:- 1.

The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 297 days in fling the frst appeal against award dated 22.02.2019 in LAR No.59/2013.

The respondent No.1 i.e. the original claimant, though served, but remained absent. There is no strong objection from respondent Nos. 2 and 3 - State. 3.

As such, Considering the statutory rights of the applicants and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the delay of 297 days stands condoned.

The Civil Application accordingly stands disposed of.
