Heard rival submissions. The application is for restoration of first appeal which under order dtd. 21.06.2019 has been dismissed for non supply of copies for issuing notice to respondent. Further there is also delay of 186 days in taking out this application which appears to be caused due to Covid-19 Pandemic situation. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to supply copies immediately. In view of the same, the order dtd. 21.06.2019 passed by this Court of dismissing the Civil Application and First

Appeal is hereby set aside subject to supply of copies as directed forthwith.

After supply of copies, Civil Application No. 4607/2019 along with First Appeal Stamp No. 3133/2019 be restored. 5.
