Out of the amount deposited in this Court, the applicants in C. A. No. 5029/2015 are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rs. Ten Lakhs only) and in C.A. No. 5030 of 2015 the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rs. Two Lakhs Fifty Thousand only).

Remaining amount, in both the above referred civil

5029.15ca -2applications, be deposited in fixed deposit in the Nationalized Bank initially for the period of three years.

In view of the prayer made by learned Counsel for the applicants, the amount which is permitted to be withdrawn by the applicants, be transmitted to Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ahmednagar in pending Regular Darkhast No. 86 of 2014 ( C.A. No. 5029/2015) and Regular Darkhast No. 84 of 2014 (C.A. No. 5039/2015).
