Heard learned counsel for the applicant-Insurance Company and learned counsel appearing for respondents No.1 to 6. 2.

The notice was issued to respondent No.7, but it returned unserved with remark that 'she is not residing at the given address'. Therefore, learned counsel for the applicant requested to allow the applicant to serve respondent no.7 through paper publication.

In view of aforesaid submission, there is no impediment to allow the applicant to serve notice on respondent No.7 through paper publication. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-'B'. The applicant is hereby permitted to serve the notice to respondent No.7 through paper publication. The Registry to take requisite steps to facilitate the applicant for paper publication of notice in daily newspaper 'Free Press Journal' at the cost of applicant.

Civil Application No.1737 of 2020 stands disposed of. 5.

In Civil Application No.7720 of 2019 and 7721 of 2019 stand over to 02.04.2020.
