Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGP's for the State.

Learned AGP's pointed out that against the impugned order, the appeal would lie to the Divisional Level Committee referred to in sub-section (4). Learned AGP's would submit that statutory remedy is available to the petitioners. Hence, the writ petitions could not be entertained.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has gone through the Government Notification dated 18.05.2020.

Since statutory remedy is available to the petitioners, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw all these petitions and prayed that the time spent here may be considered for presenting the appeal.
