It is submitted that the petitioner is not allowed to work after 2009. In that case it would be case of otherwise termination. The petition is filed in the year 2016.

If it is case of otherwise termination, the remedy is before the School Tribunal. The petitioner may take up proceedings as may be permissible in law. All the contentions of the parties are kept open. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
