This Court issued notice to respondent No.2 because learned counsel representing it at that time ceased to be a panel lawyer. Respondent No.2 is served but nobody has caused appearance.

Applicants are permitted withdrawal of 50 % of the amount on furnishing undertaking vide order dated 14.07.2022. They are seeking withdrawal of balance amount. It reveals from record that the enhancement is within four times. Nobody has caused appearance on part of respondent No.2. The ends of the justice would be met in permitting the applicants to receive further 25% on furnishing undertaking. 3.
Civil applications for withdrawal of remaining amount are allowed partly. Applicants are permitted to receive further 25% of the amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).

Balance amount shall be invested or continued to be invested in nationalized bank.

Both civil applications are disposed of as the amounts are deposited.
