PER COURT :- When matter is called out, none appears for the petitioners. In pursuant to the show-cause notice to the Respondents, the Respondents are present before this Court. The learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has tendered across bar the copy of affidavit in reply. In para no.5 of the affidavit in reply, it is stated that, the amount of Rs. 5,20,266/- has been deposited towards gratuity in the bank accounts of the petitioners i.e. Jalgaon Peoples Co-operative Bank, Jalgaon. In that view of the matter, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of and show-cause notice stands discharged.
