Learned Counsel appearing for the legal representatives of original respondent strongly opposed the application on the ground that, the appeal was filed against dead person. However, considering the right to sue and for the reasons mentioned in the application the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B', 'C' and 'D'. 5.

Necessary amendment be carried out within stipulated period. 6.
