1] The validation proceedings of the petitioner is disposed of on the ground that the caste certificate was not in proper form-C. The petitioner shall apply for attested copy of the caste certificate submitted to the Committee. The Committee shall issue the attested copy of the caste certificate submitted by the petitioner within 7 days from the date of application. On receipt of the attested copy of the caste certificate, the petitioner shall submit the same to the concerned Sub Divisional Officer. The Sub Divisional Officer, after verifying record that the caste certificate is issued by it'

s office, shall issue corrected caste certificate to the petitioner in Form-C within 7 days from the date of application of the petitioner. On receipt of the corrected caste certificate, the petitioner shall submit fresh proposal

2978.22WP to the Committee. The Committee shall consider the said proposal on its own merits. The petitioner shall file online application with Sub Divisional Officer.

2] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vigilance was already conducted.

3] The Committee shall also consider the said aspect. The Committee, thereafter, shall endeavour to decide the said proposal on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously.

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
