Learned Advocate and the learned AGP on behalf of the respondents have opposed this application.

For the reasons set out in the application, same is allowed and delay is condoned on the condition that all the petitioners together shall deposit an amount of Rs.2,000/- which, as per the gracious statement of the respondents, be deposited with the Advocate's Association of the Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad, within a period of 2 (two) weeks from today.

After the costs are deposited and the receipt is placed on record, the Registry shall restore WP No.11084/2016 to the file of this khs/FEB.2017/2132-d

Court. Thereafter, the petitioners would be at liberty to delete petitioner Nos. 2, 3 and 12 as they have not signed the vakalatnama. Leave to file vakalatnama on behalf of petitioner Nos. 13 and 14. 3.
