By this application, the petitioners are seeking to amend the petition in order to place on record copies of the Government Resolution and other documents, which would assist the petitioners in making out their case in the writ petition. Jhs/ 1/2

There is no serious objection to the prayer made in the present petition. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. The amended papers be served upon the respondents. 3.

In view of the above, the Civil Application is disposed of. CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 2458 OF 2025:- 4.

This is an application seeking interim relief. We find that the interim relief sought by the petitioner is similar to the main relief sought in the writ petition itself.

Therefore, the application is disposed of by directing that the writ petition itself shall be heard on 18.08.2025 at 04:00 p.m. 6.
