This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 14.03.2022.

The learned advocate for respondent No.1 has developed an apprehension that paragraph 6 is an observation with regard to the conduct of the petitioner/Management.

I do not find that the said apprehension is well placed since paragraph 6 is a general observation regarding this Court having come across hundreds of such cases.

As such, this motion is disposed off.
