Review application has been moved with a view to have clarification as to which management should conduct inquiry as directed by this court under its order dated 10th January, 2014 in writ petition No. 5743 of 2014 2.

It transpires, after hearing learned advocates for the parties, that transfer of school had never been an issue in the

{2} ra33-14 writ petition. Circumstances outside the writ petition would seldom call for review of the order and a clarification in this respect would not be a matter for a review.
