The grievance of the petitioner is that as yet some amount due from the family pension is not paid to the petitioner. The petitioner has made representation on 3/5/2011 and 4/1/2014, however, no cognizance has been taken about the said representation as yet. Mr.Tandale, learned counsel submits that in case representations are still pending, then the authority will decide the same on its own merits as per the provisions of law. 2] In light of above, the respondent-authority shall decide the representations given by petitioner Exhs-G and E expeditiously on its own merits as per law preferably within a period of four months
