The contentions are from 31st August 2009 to 3rd September 2019, Respondent Nos.4 to 7 have not paid the salary. It is claimed that since the Petitioner is working on non-grant-in-aid basis, it is further directed that Respondent No.2 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner in view of the directions of the State Government reflected in the communication dated 27th May 2020.

Our attention is invited to the representation preferred by the Petitioner to the aforesaid effect on 18th December 2020 and such other representations which are annexed to the petition. 3.

In this background, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the

969-WP.3302.2021 petition by directing Respondent No.2 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner in the light of the communication of the State Government dated 27th May 2020 and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of this order. 4.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
