The applicant prays for recalling the order dated 07/12/2018 passed in the first writ petition, by which, the writ

944-ca-2434-18 (gr.).odt petition was dismissed as against respondent No.12. It is now prayed that the applicant desires to serve all the unserved respondents in the respective writ petitions by substituted service through paper publication in 'Divya Marathi' Jalgaon Edition.

In view of the above, the order dated 07/12/2018 passed in the first writ petition is recalled. All these C.A.'s are allowed.

Issue notices to all the unserved respondents in the respective petitions, returnable on 22/03/2019. 4.

The petitioner shall have the notice published in Daily 'Divya Marathi', Jalgaon Edition atleast 15 days prior to the returnable date in these matters and place the copies of the newspaper publications on record.
