DATE :- 28th January, 2020 Per Court :- The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been transferred to tribal/ hilly region. In fact, the petitioners were not eligible to transfer to that place. As per the Government Resolution dated 28.05.2019, if a person is aggrieved by the order of transfer, he has to approach the concerned Chief Executive Officer and if the Chief Executive Officer does not decide in favour of such candidate, then, the remedy of appeal is

In the light of the above, we pass the following order :- (a) The petitioners may file the applications with regard to the grievance of their transfers before the Chief Executive Officer. (b) The Chief Executive Officer shall decide the said applications on their own merits preferably within THIRTY DAYS of the receipt of such applications and intimate such orders to the petitioners.
