Learned APP Shri Wattamwar points out that earlier bail application was disposed of as withdrawn as this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. Since there is no change in circumstance, this application cannot be entertained. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant Shri Kulkarni submits that Histopathology Examination Report is yet not received. On receipt of the said report the applicant may be permitted to move the trial Court for bail afresh. Application is disposed of as withdrawn. Applicant is at liberty to make application for bail afresh on receipt of Histopathology Examination Report before the trial Court.
