ORDER
1.
Perused the order passed by the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 8056/2013 and companion civil appeals dated 10.09.2013. Applicant had earlier withdrawn amount to the extent of 50% on furnishing bank guarantee in accordance with the directives issued by this Court on 01.02.2011. In view of order passed by the Supreme Court, applicants are entitled to withdraw 50% of the amount on furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Collector. Applicant in the instant application is praying for discharge of bank guarantee and is seeking withdrawal of amount of interest.

Considering the effect of the order passed by the Supreme Court, application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. Applicant is permitted to withdraw amount of interest accrued on fixed deposit deposited in the bank on furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Registrar for the like amount.
