Through this application, Appellant No.3 - Sudhakar is seeking bail.

We are inclined to release him on bail mainly because he is not convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. He is only convicted under Section 323 of the Indian Penal Code and sentence is also meager.

Applicant - Appellant No.3 be released on bail upon furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount.
