Since the appeal preferred by the insurer came to be dismissed by this court, the applicants-original claimants are permitted to withdraw the remaining amount deposited before this Court in the said first appeal bearing No. 3430 of 2011. Civil application is allowed and disposed of.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant No.6 is no more at present and his legal heirs are already on record. In view of the same, name of applicant No.6 be deleted from the array of applicants.
