Heard learned Counsel appearing for the applicants/petitioners.

Learned Counsel appearing for the applicants/petitioners invited our attention to the documents placed on record to submit that subsequent of filing the petition, certain events occurred. He then submits that in view of these events, the applicants/petitioners will have to add

3757.18ca (2) grounds and also consequential prayers in the petition.

The prayer for adding parties namely respondent No.5 Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, Mumbai, M.I.D.C. Office, Mumbai Through its Chief Executive Officer and respondent No.6 Group Grampanchayat, Puntamba, Tq. Rahata, Dist. Ahmednagar Through its Gram Sevak as well as prayer for adding grounds and consequential prayers causes no prejudice to the respondents. As such, the application is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out within one week from today. On carrying amendment within one week, issue notice to respondent Nos. 5 and 6 in Writ Petition, making the same returnable after six weeks.
