Heard learned counsel for the parties.

While petitioner's land is stated to have been taken possession way back in 2006. The land is being purported to be acquired for construction of minor percolation tank no. 5 at village Daregaon, Tq. Paithan. It is stated in paragraph no. 7 of the affidavit-in-reply dated 31-12-2020, a proposal had been submitted for acquisition of petitioner's land pursuant to Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 ("2013 Enactment") albeit it had been returned and that the proposal is re-submitted in 2020.

Having regard to aforesaid, the concerned shall proceed with the land acquisition proceedings pursuant to the Enactment as referred to in right earnest which shall culminate into an award and payment of amount by 30th September, 2021.
