Learned counsel Shri. Mane states that he has furnished surety of Popat Dattatraya Waghmare as directed by the Court for withdrawal of the amount. Now the said Popat Dattatraya Waghmare does not wish to be continued as surety. The applicant, therefore, requests that Popat Dattatraya Waghmare be discharged and he may be permitted to furnish another surety. Accordingly application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C'.
