The present applicant, who is arrested by Parbhani Gramin Police Station, District Parbhani in Crime No. 123/2014, registered for the offences punishable under section 498-A, 306, 504 read with section 34 of the I.P. Code, is praying for his release on bail.

The earlier application of the present applicant bearing Criminal Application No. 6490/2014, filed alongwith the other co-accused, was decided by this Court vide order dated 12.12.2014. The reading of the order dated 12.12.2014 would show that while the two co-accused were released on bail, so far as present applicant is concerned, he was allowed to withdraw the said application with liberty to file similar application in the Sessions Court after the chargesheet is filed. After filing of the chargesheet, the applicant filed the application in the Sessions Court, which was rejected and therefore, the present application. 4.

The allegations would show that the present applicant alongwith his relatives had illtreated his deceased wife on trivial ground and thereafter, made demand of Rs. 50,000/- for purchase of motorcycle. Ultimately, on 9th June, 2014, the deceased died due to drowning in the well. Therefore, the complaint by her parental relatives came to be filed.

Upon hearing both sides and finding that now the chargesheet is filed and the investigation is complete, the applicant can very well be released on bail. Hence, the following order:- 6.

The applicant - Pradeep s/o Vyankatrao Punjare be released on bail in Crime No. 123/2014, registered with Parbhani Gramin Police Station, District Parbhani for the offences punishable under section 498-A, 306, 504 read with section 34 of the I.P. Code, on his executing P.R. bond of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.
