It is an application to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased claimant Sewantabai Gyandeo Bhosale who died on 20.02.2020. Heard Mr. V. V. Kabade, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr. S. N. Morampalle, learned AGP for the State / Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Perused the death certificate and certificate of heirship issued by the Grampanchayat which cannot be relied upon. However, the fact remains that Sewantabai Gyandeo Bhosale died on

2 ca 6838.2022 20.02.2020. Having regard to the nature of dispute her legal heirs needs to be brought on record.

ORDER

(I) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C".

(II) The appellant shall bring on record legal heirs of deceased claimant Sewantabai Gyandeo Bhosale by making necessary amendment in the appeal memo within six (06) weeks from today. (III) After carrying out the necessary amendment, the appeal be listed under the category of final hearing on 13.07.2022.

(IV) The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
