It is an application moved by the applicants to bring on record legal heirs of deceased claimant Khivraj Sonu Khadke by condoning the delay. The applicants are also seeking directions to acquiring body to carry out necessary amendment.

Having regad to the nature of dispute, it is necessary to allow this application.

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C).
