Heard. Both these applications can be disposed of by this common order.

The applicants in both these applications are accused in F.I.R. Nos. 12 and 13 of 2015 registered with

( 2 ) cria732.16 Parli City Police Station. These are counter cases arising from one incident. Offences punishable under sections 323, 324, 326, 504 & 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code along with some other offence are alleged against the accused. The cases are pending for investigation. The parties have settled the dispute and have made request to this Court to set aside the complaints made against them.

Having regard to the settlement and the affidavits of the complainants as well as injured victims, which are taken on record, we are inclined to allow both these applications subject to costs. 4.
