Mr. Joshi, learned counsel appearing for legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 4 submits that interim order is passed before bringing the legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 4 on record and the learned counsel prays for modification, recall of the interim order passed in favour of the petitioner.
