The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending validation with respondent no. 2 since 13.07.2017.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all the respondents and submits that the committee would decide it in accordance with law.

In case the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending

2 wp 7668.19 with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 08.07.2019. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
