2.

Mr. Vibhute, the learned counsel for petitioners submits

2 wp 1625.17 that, the petitioners are issued with tribe certificate by the Sub Divisional Officer, Beed. The said village is now attached to Jamkhed taluka. The petitioners shall apply for the tribe certificate to the Sub Divisional Officer, Karjat. On receipt of the applications, the Sub Divisional Officer, Karjat shall issue tribe certificates to petitioners within a period of one (01) months from the date of receipt of application.
