Date:22.1.2021 PER COURT :- The learned AGP appearing on behalf of the Statutory Authorities, makes a statement on instructions that, in the first Writ Petition No.3277/2019, a revised proposal has been put-up and an award would be delivered within one year from today. In the remaining two Writ Petitions, the revised proposal, on removing the deficiencies, would be tendered within two weeks and the award would be delivered within one year thereafter. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners in all these petitions, submits that the petitioners are satisfied with the statement made to the Court and by placing the statutory authorities to the terms of their statement, these petitions may be disposed off.
