Heard the respective counsels.

The trial is going on since 2019. The victim could not lead the evidence. Hence, her evidence was dropped long back. However, thereafter there was no progress in the trial. Hence, the applicant was seeking bail. The learned APP was asked to make a statement how many witnesses are to be examined. She, on instructions of the Additional District Government Pleader, Dhule states that today the prosecution has closed its side. In the circumstances, it may be believed that the trial may be concluded within a short time.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. Leave granted. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the Trial Court is requested not to give opportunities to protract the trial and make endeavour to dispose of the trial at the earliest.

The fees of Rs.5,000/- be paid to the counsel appointed for the victim.
