The petitioner claims promotional post. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed an appeal before the Commissioner of Handicapped Welfare, Pune. However, on the ground of delay, the same is dismissed. The petitioner may assail the said order in appropriate proceedings.

In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the order passed by the Commissioner in appropriate proceedings. No costs.
