PER COURT :- This is an application, seeking Restoration of the petition which is dismissed as against respondent No.2, on account of failure of the petitioner to comply with the objections raised by the office. Considering the contentions raised in the application, application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. The order of dismissal as against respondent No.2 shall stand recalled. The petitioner shall comply with the office objections within four weeks from today and ensure service on respondent No.2 by alternate mode and shall file affidavit of service before this Court.
