Though the applications for condonation of delay are filed in the year 2012, till date, some of the respondents are still unserved. Today, in companion matters this Court has dismissed the appeals filed by the acquiring body. In view of the fact that the present appeals are also arising out of the same acquisition proceedings and the acquired lands are from the same village, it does not appear to me that there is any propriety now in keeping the present matters pending.
