The last application filed by the petitioner online, for seeking inter-district transfer from the Jalgaon Zilla Parishad to the Latur Zilla Parishad, has been rejected on the ground that there are no vacancies. Prior thereto, under the Right to Information Act, the petitioner has gathered information that there are certain vacancies in the Latur Zilla Parishad. 2.

The learned AGP submits that the portal for tendering online applications has been closed long ago since the appropriate authorities would now be formalizing the transfers to

*2* 73wp2005o23 be effected after the end of the academic year 2022-2023. He submits that the RTI information, on which the petitioner is relying upon, is an old information as of April, 2022. Online application of the petitioner has been rejected recently and at present, there were no vacancies available.

We find that the Transfer Management System being utilized by the Rural Development Department, Government of Maharashtra, is an online process and the data is available on the website. Wherever vacancies are available, they are auto generated and the information is displayed/made available on the website. This system is operated without human intervention. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition does not deserve to be entertained and the same is, therefore, dismissed. 5.
