Heard Mr D.V. Katneshwarkar, learned counsel for the applicants/appellants. He seeks leave to place on record copy of terms of compromise between the parties arrived before the MACT, Aurangabad in MACP RD No. 41/2019 in MACP No. 560/2016. Leave granted. The copy of terms of compromise is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.

Mr Katneshwarkar, learned counsel for the appellants/applicants submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties before the Tribunal by way mediation.

The applicants do not want to prosecute this application for condonation of delay and the appeal which is on stamp number. 4.

Having regard to the submissions advanced by Mr Katneshwarlkar, learned counsel for the applicants/appellants, the application for condonation of delay along with appeal on stamp number stand disposed of as withdrawn.

The court fee refund certificate be issued in favour of the applicants/appellants as per the rules.
