In the order dated 08.03.2022, we have recorded statement of learned APP made on the basis of instructions in writing received from the Investigating Officer, who was present in the Court, that in all the crimes wherein charge-sheet has been submitted, the Investigating Officer by taking recourse to section 173(8) of the Cr.P.C. is carrying out further investigation and he may file supplementary charge-sheet, if the material is revealed against other accused persons.

Learned APP, on instructions, received in writing from the P.I. Economic Offences Wing, Ahmednagar submits that the Investigating Officer has carried out further investigation in connection with all the 20 crimes which are subject matters of 20 independent petitions before us and decided to file supplementary charge-sheet against accused No.1 - Anita Subhash Salve, accused No. 2 - Anil Tulshiram Shinde, accused No. 3 - Mangal Anil Shinde, accused No.4 - Raju Bansi Salve, accused No.5 - Sanjay Bansi Salve, accused No.6 - Rekha Sanjay Salve and also against accused No. 8 - Anurag Subhash Salve to the extent of crime No.627 of 2019. Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the process of filing supplementary charge-sheet is going on.

Learned APP has submitted before us the report. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Learned APP submits that in view of the same, the purpose of filing of the petitions is over. Learned Counsel for petitioners in all these petitions has also accepted the same. In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in these petitions. 06.
