By this application, the applicants seek permission to bring on record the legal heirs of petitioner no.4-Radhabai w/o Brindavan Bundelkhandi and also seek to codone delay of 3247 days caused in filing the application.

Having considered submissions advanced and reasons as stated in paragraph nos.2 to 6 of the application, it appears that delay is unintentional. Parties are litigating for civil rights. Hence, Civil Application deserves to be allowed and accordingly allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (B) and (D). 3.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
