The learned counsel appearing for the claimant has submitted that the appeals itself are merit-less because the reference Court by relying on the Judgment of this Court has
fxed the rate of enhancement. In other words, this Court has enhanced the compensation amount, as granted by this Court while deciding the similar matter. It is further submitted that, on the basis of Judgment delivered by this Court, the acquiring body has settled other claims before Lok Adalat. 3.
In view of above submissions, the appellant is requested to verify the position whether order of this Court is challenged. The learned counsel for the appellant is requested to take a call by verifying the position and make necessary submission in that regard.

At present, six weeks time is granted to deposit the amount.
