Present Petition has been filed for following relief:- "(A) Issue Writ of Mandamus and or appropriate Writ or order in the like nature thereby direct the Respondent Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Dhule to decide tribe claim of petitioner within stipulated period i.e. within three months." 2.

Considering the prayer in the Petition and in view of the statement made by the learned AGP for respondent that the

wp-1603.24 matter is pending for vigilance, this Petition can be disposed of by giving directions to respondent - Scrutiny Committee. 3.

In the said circumstance, the Petition stands disposed of with directions to the respondent - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within FOUR MONTHS from today.
