Petitioner has challenged the order dated 04/11/2019, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Criminal Revision No.300/2018. In the said revision, petitioner had challenged the order dated 01/10/2018, passed by the learned 7th Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad in S.C.C. No.1130/2017, wherein application preferred by the petitioner for sending cheque at Exhibit 25 to handwriting expert for seeking expert opinion, came to be rejected.

This petition is filed in the year 2020. Since then, it is never circulated or listed before this Court and the matter before the learned Trial Court might have proceeded further.
