The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation to that effect is pending with the Education Officer. 3.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all the respondents. 4.

It appears that the representation is pending with the Education Officer. In case, the Education Officer is not a competent authority to decide the said proposal, then he will forward the said proposal to the

918-wp-4356-21 competent authority to decide the same preferably within a period of six (06) weeks. The competent authority shall decide the said proposal on its own merits, preferably within a period of four (04) months, thereafter.
