1] We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2] The judgment of the Civil Court in Regular Civil Suit No.332 of 2010, dated 27.09.2013, confers ownership upon respondent no.2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not party to the suit. The land is sought to be 'Gairan' land. The Tahsildar, Sub Divisional Officer and the State through the Collector were parties in the said suit.

3] The aggrieved party may take steps as against the judgment of the Civil Court as permissible under law.
