The petitioner/defendant, aggrieved by the ex parte order passed by the trial court on Exhibit 6, approached to this Court. It appears that by the impugned order dated 29.12.2020, the trial court has temporarily restrained the defendant from taking any action against the plaintiff Bank pertaining to the suit properties pursuant to the notice dated 28.12.2020 till adjudication of application Exhibit 6 and vre/-

924-WP-2592-2021.odt accordingly, a show cause notice has been issued to the present petitioner. In view of the same, the present petitioner/original defendant can very well appear in the said suit in response to the show cause notice and contest the application Exhibit 6.
